Refund policy
We currently offer made-to-order canvas wall art, printed and shipped through our trusted partner, Gelato. Because each piece is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong size or style
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To request one, please:
- Email us at info@spiritnourishedearth.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with our print partner to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
As all wall art is custom printed on demand, these items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process it.
